Give your department an accessibility glow-up
For proactive departments and agencies already getting their documents tagged, ready to level up their accessibility with inclusive video and training.
As of 2025, video accounts for more than 80% of all internet traffic, with billions of hours streamed daily across multiple platforms. It is estimated that around 60-75% of videos include captions, but less than 5% of video content contains audio description in the government sector.
Adding accurate captions, audio description and transcripts (which include everything said and shown) to your videos means the content that people want to access is accessible.
We want to make content accessibility as simple as possible, so we are offering government departments and agencies exclusive credit packages for our tools and training

What does accessible video actually mean?
Accessible video isn’t just ticking off captions.
Captions support Deaf and hard-of-hearing users — and help everyone when audio isn’t practical.
Audio descriptions provide spoken detail of visuals for blind or low vision users.
Transcripts make your content searchable, skimmable, and referenceable — and benefit neurodivergent users, ESL audiences, and more.

Why you need to remediate your video communication
Because your content isn’t working if it’s not working for everyone. As we write in our blog: If your video isn't accessible, it isn't working.
And as AI becomes more embedded in the way we work, it’s crucial we don't forget the role of human context. How AI is changing document accessibility (and why human expertise still matter)

FAQs
Q: Is there a limit to the number of videos in a package?
No — all of our pricing is based on minutes regardless of how long an individual video is.
Q: Can I upload more videos to the system than my current package allows?
Yes - credits are consumed when processing a video, not when uploading. You can always top up credits to finish the current workload.
Q: How long will my purchased minutes last?
Packages are generally used within a 6 month window, with a 12 month expiry. Unused video credits can be converted to document credits after the 6 month period on a case-by-case basis.
