FAQs

Q: Is there a limit to the number of documents completed in a month?

No — all of our pricing is based on pages regardless of how many documents they span. 

Q: Can I submit a document with more pages than my monthly limit?

Yes - however one of our team members will discuss your delivery and billing needs to ensure this option is right for you.

Q: Will my pages roll over if I don't use them all?

Generally there will be more than one month worth of work involved with legacy projects. Some longer-term projects may go over or under the total page count per month based on availability.

Q: If I have a legacy package, will it run in busy periods?

We will honour any existing legacy package agreements made prior to unexpected busy periods. Meet Aandi reserves the right to withhold legacy package offers during known busy periods and may offer a longer contracts that omits closure periods. All legacy package availability will be communicated with parties prior to commencing.
