Deploying Meet Aandi with Jamf Pro

Meet Aandi’s video remediation tool is a web-based app with a tailored Jamf portal that is free to download and can be deployed to any Mac device using a mobile device manager (MDM) such as Jamf Pro.

As a browser-based tool, Jamf has added a shortcut icon in place of a standalone app that provides seamless access to Meet Aandi's video remediation platform. 

We are all about removing barriers for you, so you can remove barriers for your students. Read below for how the click-through experience changes before and after you log in for the first time.

It's my first login

  1. Navigate to the Jamf Marketplace
  2. Search Meet Aandi
  3. Click the 'Get It' link
    1. (Optional) Watch the tutorial video to see what the tool can do
  4. Click the 'Register' button
  5. Create your account and receive your bonus 50 minutes of video remediation access
  6. You will move straight to the video management screen, and can use the app

Jamf Pro Bookmarks in macOS Self Service for Meet Aandi Portal

  1. Navigate to Jamf Pro Instance
  2. Settings – Self Service – Bookmarks
  3. Click New
    1. Fill in the required fields:
      1. Display Name: This will be the name for the icon within Self Service
      2. Description: (Optional)
      3. URL: Paste the URL for your Meet Aandi here
      4. Display: Select whether you would like the page to open in Self Service browser or the Default Browser (recommended).
      5. Icon: Upload an Icon to be used in Self Service.
  4. Scope to devices and Save.

I have logged in before

  1. Select the Meet Aandi bookmark
  2. You will move straight to the video management screen in your preferred browser, and can use the app
