It sounds complicated, but the idea is simple: creating more impact from fewer resources by using better systems, knowledge and technology. I finally think after all these years in business, that is what we are building with Coach Aandi. Today, truly personalised learning support can be difficult to access. A child may need an experienced teacher, tutor, occupational therapist, psychologist or parent who understands not only the curriculum, but also neurodivergence, emotional regulation, accessibility and the many different ways a child may need something explained. That expertise exists. The problem is that it cannot always be beside every child at the exact moment they need it. There are not enough exceptional educators and specialists to personally support every learner through every difficult lesson. Even when that support is available, it can be expensive, geographically limited or dependent on already-overwhelmed parents and teachers. So we started asking a different question: **What if the knowledge of those experts could be embedded into a learning environment and made available to many more children?** What if an expert’s insight about dyslexia did not help only the child sitting in front of them that day, but could improve how thousands of future lessons were presented? What if an occupational therapist’s understanding of regulation could shape the movement breaks, pacing and sensory experience offered to every child who needed them? What if feedback from one neurodivergent student could make the system more understanding and supportive for the next student? This is where Coach Aandi has the potential to embody ephemeralization. We are not trying to replace teachers, specialists or parents. We are trying to **amplify what they know**. One expert contribution can become part of a system that continues helping children long after the original conversation has ended. One lesson can be adapted to suit different interests, abilities, moods and learning needs. One platform can create many different learning experiences without requiring a completely new program to be manually developed for every child. In simple terms: **More personalisation without requiring proportionally more human labour** and perhaps even more importantly, **more children feeling understood without needing to wait until the right expert becomes available.** Of course, technology alone does not create impact. Coach Aandi will only succeed if it genuinely helps children engage, understand, persist and build confidence. It must be shaped by educators, specialists, parents and most importantly, neurodivergent children themselves. That is why we are building a community around it. Every observation, story and piece of feedback can help create something better. A parent may notice that a particular prompt reduces conflict around learning. A child may explain why an activity feels overwhelming. A teacher may show us a better way to explain a concept. An expert may contribute a strategy that can then support thousands of future interactions. No one person needs to carry the entire solution. Instead, many people can contribute one meaningful piece and technology can help those pieces reach further. That is the possibility that excites me most about Coach Aandi, Nnot simply using AI to make education faster and not digitising the same systems that are already failing some children. We are bringing together human care, specialist knowledge and responsive technology so that more children can receive the kind of learning support that once depended on being fortunate enough to have the right person sitting beside them. We may never know the full impact. Perhaps a child who once believed they were “bad at learning” begins to understand how their brain works. Perhaps they regain enough confidence to stay engaged at school. Perhaps that changes the subjects they choose, the work they pursue or the contribution they eventually make to the world.
