Education Wasn't Built for Neurodiversity - So We’re Rebuilding It

Written by Belinda Vesey-Brown | Apr 29, 2026 3:53:14 AM

Education was never designed for neurodiverse learners.

And yet… we keep expecting them to adapt.

I’ve spent the last 20+ years working in accessibility, and one thing is clear: the problem isn’t the child. It’s the lack of personalisation in how we deliver learning.

That’s why I’m building Coach Aandi a learning companion designed to adapt to each child’s needs, not force them into a system that doesn’t fit.

But here’s the important part:

  • We’re not building this alone.
  • We’re co-creating Coach Aandi with parents, educators, and experts who have developed powerful methodologies that deserve to reach more children.

And that’s where this gets interesting.

If you’re an expert working with neurodiverse learners:

  • ADHD
  • Dyslexia
  • ASD
  • Emotional regulation
  • Learning differences

I’d love to connect.

We’re exploring how expert knowledge can be:

  • Integrated into personalised learning experiences
  • Scaled to support more families and recognised as part of a new model for education

This isn’t about replacing what you do. It’s about amplifying it.

If that resonates, reach out or comment below, I’d love to show you what we’re building.
